Refund Policy

This is a digital program. We operate a strict, unconditional refund policy. We do not ask questions. You do not need to prove you used the tools. You do not need to provide a reason.
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
Process
Send an email to hey@isthishappiness.com from the address tied to your account. Put the word “Refund” in the subject line. You will receive a reply within two business days.
If you would prefer not to email us, we still ask that you request a refund directly rather than filing a chargeback with your card issuer. Both result in the same outcome for you. The refund process is faster and incurs no fees on either side.
Fulfillment
Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the merchant of record for all purchases made through this site. Paddle processes the sale, the refund, and any related tax. Refunded funds return to your original payment method. The credit typically appears in 3 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Account Access
Upon refund, your program access is permanently revoked. Your dashboard, your streak history, and your Proof are deleted. This deletion is final and cannot be reversed.
If you subscribed to an email list, you remain subscribed. Email lists are a separate free service, and an unsubscribe link is in every email.
A Note on What This Program Is
The program is a structured behavior-change tool. It is not medical or mental health treatment. Refund requests do not require any explanation, but if you are seeking clinical care, the resources at the bottom of every page on this site will direct you there.
